Harassment, Retaliation Complaint Filed Against Fox Chase, Temple

Malvern, PA – Attorney Julie A. Uebler of Uebler Law LLC has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania aimed at holding Fox Chase Cancer Center and its affiliated entities, including Temple University Health System and Temple University, accountable for alleged sexual harassment and retaliation against firm client Alana O’Reilly, Ph.D., an associate professor at Fox Chase. 

The complaint describes allegations that Jonathan Chernoff, M.D., Ph.D., the Cancer Center director at Fox Chase, subjected Dr. O’Reilly to sexual harassment and retaliation. According to the allegations, the harassment and retaliatory acts have been repeatedly minimized and/or dismissed by Fox Chase and Temple, necessitating the filing of the lawsuit.
